As long as my life-style, here i tell you all about things can give you longevity:
Sun-shine
Sun-shine is the first give you longevity. Think regarding flora and how it can grow as big as banyan tree and as long as 100 years and more. This is because sun-shine. Sun shine indirectly make our mind bright. When our mind in bright condition, all of longevity hormone will run and make your body as beauty as spring season. All will grow as normal as possible. You will do anything well and happy. So… what we must do regarding this:
- Get awake at morning before sun rise.
- Do any body warming, walk on foot and other activity
- Every sun rise, get this warm shine and you need take sun-bath, may be for 15 – 20 minutes. If you have a job, you can do while you take sun-bath.
- Try awake at morning by schedule what time you must sleep. The best sleep time is range between midnight ( about 24.00) until 05.00 at morning.
- Take a bath. This will clean your body surface and affect your mind clean.
Eat Natural Food with less portion of Meat
The best natural food are vegetables, fruits, tuber and all food that herbivora eated. Vegetables s the best food. Eventhough vegetables is contaminated pestisida at maksimum limit of safety concentration, it’s more safe than eat meat.
